The sturdy wheel of the professional pizza cutter with its double-edged blade made of high-quality stainless steel glides like a hot knife through butter without moving the topping. The ergonomically shaped, non-slip soft-touch handle sits comfortably in the hand of both right and left-handers.
The plastic cover supplied not only protects the blade from damage but also makes the professional pizza cutter a versatile kitchen helper, as it can also be used as a dough swab: Small knobs ensure that small steam holes are created while rolling over the dough. The handle can be easily detached to clean the wheel separately.
