The triangle zester plum is a fine-toothed universal grater suitable for all kinds of aromatic ingredients. The zester plum is particularly well-suited for cleanly zesting citrus fruits; thanks to its length, it is also extremely efficient for larger quantities.
The fine, sharp grating surface of the zester plum allows zest to be removed evenly and precisely without touching the bitter white pith. This ensures that essential oils and fresh flavours are optimally preserved.
The zester plum is also suitable for ginger, garlic, nutmeg or hard cheese. Manufactured using a photo-etching process from high-quality stainless steel, the zester plum stands for durability, dimensional stability and consistently precise grating performance.
